I thought I should not take a picture of flowers with B&W film because the color of flowers is the most beautiful thing of it. BUT, while i was appreciating photos of it this time, I was blew out from a feeling, 'the range of B&W film is this broad!' This is good enough even though i took this with the cheapest B&W film, Fuji Neopan whose gradation rage is infamous. What if I took this with Kodak TMax?
나는 지금껏 꽃사진은 뭐니뭐니해도 그 색색의 아름다움이 으뜸이라 생각해서, 흑백으로는 꽃사진을 찍지않았다. 하지만 이번에 찍은 사진을 가만히 보면서.... '정말 흑백이 표현할 수 있는 범위가 넓구나'라는 생각을 하게되었다. 계조가 좁기로 유명한 Neopan 필름으로도 이정도인데, TMax를 썼었다면 또 어땠을까?
